Conditions of participation "Construction site photo competition" 
The participant accepts the following conditions of participation by taking part in the Eurotec competition:   

1. The competition is organised by Eurotec GmbH, Unter dem Hofe 5, 58099 Hagen.  
2. The chance to participate in this competition ends on 15 March 2024 at 23:59.
3. Only one win is permitted per person.
4. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.  
5. Employees of Eurotec GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.  
6. People who have sent construction site pictures with Eurotec products by email to: objektfotos@eurotec.team or uploaded the pictures to Instagram to their public profile, tagged @eurotecgmbh and used the hash tag #buildwitheurotec between 15 January 2024 (12.00 midnight) and 15 March 2024 (11.59 pm) are eligible to win. 
7. The winner will be selected from among the participants. 
8. The winner may be announced with his or her Instagram profile name in a Eurotec Instagram story. 
9. The winner must send his or her postal address within one week of notification via email to: objektfotos@eurotec.team or via private Instagram message to the official @eurotecgmbh Instagram page. Otherwise the participant will forfeit his or her claim to the prize. The provision of the postal address is only for the purpose of sending the prize.
10. Each participant will receive a Eurotec promotional package with a t-shirt, notepad, ballpoint pen, carpenter's pencil and a lanyard. This is only valid while stocks last.
11. One winner will be selected. The win comprises the following products: 1st place:  Makita DDF482RFJ Cordless Screwdriver Drill 18V / 3.0 Ah. 2nd place:  Germany shirt. The prize will be sent to the winner by post.  
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.  
13. Eurotec GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this event, the winner will receive an appropriate replacement prize.   
14. The judges’ decision is final.  
15. No participation is permitted via competition organisations, automated services or other service providers.  
16. The data provided by the participant will be processed for the duration of the promotion and deleted after the end of the promotion, provided that this does not contravene any retention or limitation periods.   
17. Eurotec GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without stating reasons should manipulation be suspected. If this involves a winner who has already been determined, the prize can be subsequently revoked; any prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.  
18. Eurotec GmbH reserves the right to end the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without adhering to deadlines. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons (e.g., due to manipulation).  
19. This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram in any way. When entering this competition, all participants release Instagram from any and all claims or liability in connection with the competition. Instagram is not available as a contact point for the competition.   
20. By participating in the competition, the participant gives his or her permission for Eurotec GmbH to use the construction site photos for its own purposes. This includes posts on the Eurotec GmbH social media channels, publication in specialist articles, magazines, newsletters, on the Eurotec website, in print media and at our trade fair stand. This also applies to the advertising partners of Eurotec GmbH.
21. Please note that if persons are shown in the images, these persons must have given their express consent in advance for the points discussed in item 20. This ensures that the use of the images complies with data protection regulations and the consent of the persons depicted.
