For over 25 years, we have stood for quality, innovation and reliability. With this many years of experience, we have become a firmly established supplier in our core areas. As early as in 2013, we put the first machine for the manufacture of selected timber construction components into operation in our factory in Hagen. We have been able to steadily extend our production capacities by continuously expanding our machine park and now offer a wide range of products from our own in-house production. In doing so, our central objective remains to make continuous progress in all areas.

The foundation

The two managing directors, Gregor Mamys and Markus Rensburg, founded Eurotec GmbH on 1 May 1999. The company began its life in a small basement with an adjoining garage, whose 5 pallet bays served as a warehouse.

Our new site

In 2007, the Eurotec team and its 30 members of staff moved into the new building at Unter dem Hofe 5. These newly built premises consisted of an office wing and an adjoining warehouse with approx. 3,500 pallet bays.

The new warehouse

Just three years later, the new building would, in turn, become the old building. A new warehouse building was built, providing a further 7,500 pallet bays and offices upstairs.

We continue to expand

Completion of the new production hall in early 2018 means that all of the machinery can be moved. Construction work starts on another warehouse.

Eurotec turns 20 years old

On 1 May 2019 we celebrated our company's 20th anniversary.

The injection moulding is extended by two additional injection moulding machines to a total of four machines. In addition the screw production is expanded by another multi-stage press. So we now have a total of five machines for screw production at our disposal.

Portfolio expansion

Eurotec's machine park continues to grow: Two more plastics machines move into the company. Furthermore, the new decking planner and the BIM portal expand what we offer online.

Eurotec celebrates 25 years of passion for fastening technology

For 25 years now, Eurotec has been offering tailor-made fastening solutions for a wide variety of construction projects – from screws and systems designed for wood and concrete to substructures for garden and terrace installations as well as solar systems.

Expansion of our production machinery range

Our production capabilities have been enhanced by the purchase of a new double roller for fully threaded screws. This innovative machine makes our screw production even more precise and efficient, which will allow us to even better serve the growing demands for high-quality fastening solutions and, at the same time, further increase the quality of our products.

Our certification according to ISO 9001 is proof of our high quality standards. The ISO standard ensures that all business processes, from the product development phase to the manufacturing processes and finally our customer service, are clearly structured and aligned towards making continuous improvements. For our customers, this means: a consistently high product quality, transparent processes as well as a reliable partner at their side.

Quality is the basis of all our activities.

Furthermore, it is important to us to act responsibly towards the environment and available resources. We are constantly striving to make our production processes more sustainable, e.g. by choosing environmentally friendly materials, energy-efficient technologies as well as measures to reduce emissions. Our goal is to balance economic success with environmental responsibility.

Since the start of production in 2013, production has been steadily expanded in order to manufacture more and more long-life cold-formed parts at our Hagen site.
